Finding the DEC at Redbird

The Dallas Entrepreneur Center (DEC) building is on the back or south side of the mall between Burlington and the Workforce offices. The DEC building has a big red bird on it as shown on the picture.  The building’s entrance has a sign that reads SOUTH WING and displays the numbers 3560. The Sister Sources Community suite is on the second floor.
